In this workshop we’ll learn improv basics/scene work, do exercises to get us out of our heads and into our bodies, and we’ll reflect on how these tools pertain to our everyday peaks and valleys. Through improv we are exercising muscles to actively cope with stages of grief and gain skills in self awareness, active listening, forgiveness, and supporting/connecting with others. If that doesn’t say self love and healing, what does people?!

This event is open to all those who are in the process of grieving the loss of a loved one or want to hold space for those that maybe you never had the opportunity to fully grieve for, family or friend. Tickets are $15.
